    We want you to be completely satisfied with your Train Horn Drill purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy. Please read the details below so you know exactly what to expect.

    30-Day Return Window

    You have 30 days from your delivery date to initiate a return. After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

    Return Eligibility

    To qualify for a full refund, your item must be in resellable condition and returned in its original packaging. We understand that you need to test or install a product to know whether it works for your setup — light testing and installation are perfectly fine. However, please note the following:

    • Items that are physically damaged, heavily modified, or returned with missing parts may be subject to a partial refund based on the condition we receive them in.
    • All included accessories, hardware, and documentation must be returned with the product.
    • Products showing signs of abuse, neglect, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for a full refund.

    How to Start a Return

    Starting a return is straightforward. Follow these steps and we'll take care of the rest:

    1. Email us at returns@trainhorndrill.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return.
    2. Receive your RMA — we'll reply within 1–2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid return shipping label (valid for US returns).
    3. Pack and ship — securely repack the item in its original packaging, include your RMA number on the outside of the box, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
    4. Inspection and refund — once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

    Note: Customers outside the United States are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

    Refund Timeline

    After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 3–5 business days to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.

    Exceptions — Items That Cannot Be Returned

    The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

    • Clearance items and final-sale add-ons — any product marked as clearance or final sale at the time of purchase is non-returnable. This will be clearly noted on the product page.
    • Gift cards — gift card purchases are non-refundable under any circumstances.

    Damaged on Arrival

    If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at returns@trainhorndrill.com. Include your order number and clear photos showing the damage to the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you — no return shipping required.

    Wrong Item Shipped

    Made a mistake on our end? We're sorry. If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours and we will provide a prepaid return label and reship the correct product as quickly as possible at no additional charge to you.

    Warranty Claims

    Returns and warranties are handled separately. If your product develops a defect or issue beyond the 30-day return window, please visit our Warranty Page for coverage details and how to file a claim.
