    We want you to know exactly what to expect when you place an order with Train Horn Drill — no vague promises, no fine print surprises. Below you'll find everything you need to know about delivery times, costs, and what happens if something goes wrong.

    Where We Ship

    We currently ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that orders going to Alaska and Hawaii may be subject to additional shipping surcharges due to carrier rates for those destinations. Any applicable surcharge will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase — you will never be charged more than what is shown at the time of your order.

    We do not ship to US territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

    Shipping Costs and Free Shipping

    We offer free standard shipping on all orders totaling $99 or more (before tax) shipping to the contiguous 48 states. Orders under $99 will have a standard shipping rate calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

    Free shipping eligibility for Alaska and Hawaii is evaluated separately. If your order qualifies but a surcharge applies to your destination, that difference will be reflected at checkout.

    Standard Shipping Delivery Times

    Most orders shipped via standard shipping arrive within the following timeframes after the order has been processed and a label has been created:

    • Contiguous 48 states: Typically 3–7 business days
    • Alaska and Hawaii: Typically 5–10 business days

    Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Occasional delays due to weather, high carrier volume, or other circumstances outside our control can occur.

    Expedited and Express Shipping

    Need your order faster? Expedited and express shipping options are available at checkout. The exact options and their costs are calculated in real time based on your delivery address and the items in your cart. Simply enter your shipping address during checkout to see all available speed options and their prices before you commit.

    Order Processing Times

    We process orders on regular business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). Here is how our cutoff works:

    • Order placed before 2:00 PM Pacific Time on a business day: Processed and a shipping label created the same day.
    • Order placed after 2:00 PM PT, or on a weekend or holiday: Processed the next business day.

    Processing means your label is created and your package is handed off to our carrier. Delivery time begins once the carrier scans your package.

    Tracking Your Order

    As soon as your shipping label is printed, you will automatically receive a tracking confirmation email at the address you provided during checkout. That email will include your tracking number and a direct link to follow your shipment. If you do not see the email within a few hours of your expected processing time, please check your spam or junk folder before reaching out.

    International Shipping

    We are not currently shipping outside of the United States. If you are located internationally and are interested in our products, please email us directly at support@trainhorndrill.com so we can note your interest and let you know if and when international shipping becomes available.

    Delayed or Lost Packages

    If your tracking information has not updated in several days, or if your package appears to be lost, please contact us as soon as possible. We will open a claim with the carrier on your behalf and work to resolve the situation quickly. We do not leave you to deal with the carrier alone — that is our responsibility, and we take it seriously.
