Yes. Starter kit packs are typically compact 1.5–2 Ah units and are fully compatible with our horn drills. You'll get solid performance for light to moderate use. If you find yourself wanting longer sessions, stepping up to a higher Ah pack from the same HyperMax™ family is a straightforward upgrade.

Will it work with older or newer generation HyperMax™ packs?

Our horn drills are designed around the standard Bauer® 20V HyperMax™ battery interface. Most HyperMax™ packs across generations share that common form factor. Continuous long blasts will draw the pack down faster — match your Ah size to how you actually plan to use it.

Is the battery included with the horn drill?
